Thank you for visiting our website, my name is Mark Wynne, and I’m a business owner fed up with the doom and gloom dominating our shared journey through the recession.

As a company director and business coach, I decided to try to help businesses 'survive and thrive' during extremely difficult trading circumstances. This is why I set up this new Business Summit, called “Grow Your Business”. It will help you to focus on running an efficient and profitable organisation. The summit will reveal world proven strategies from the best speakers on the Irish business scene. Our diverse commentators share the ability to inspire, motivate, and give tips and tricks to grow your business beyond your expectations.

Who should attend?

The Business Summit is specifically designed for business owners or a trusted responsible team member. It’s suitable for “one-man” consultancies, SMEs and large organisations looking to sharpen their edge. The speakers are easy to relate to – and are from all walks of business life. All share an ability to communicate their message of inspiration, motivation, aspiration with perhaps a bit of perspiration. The Business Summit is a perfect forum for communicating ideas, sharing knowledge and making connections with like-minded business people. You could come away with more business than you bargained for. Read on to find out more about our expert speakers.

What's included

  • An immersive and consuming experience with real strategies and techniques you can start using straight away.
  • Inspiration and motivation from Ireland’s business success stories, who are growing their businesses through the recession.
  • The opportunity to network with like-minded people, all with stories and synergies to share.
  • Ideas, ideas, ideas. Backed up with the tools from seasoned experts to make it happen.

What's in it for YOU?

The Business Summit is very different from any conference you have ever been to. We've carefully selected speakers who are successful experts in their fields. The speakers have been told they must supply you with specific strategies they are using in their businesses.

Immersive learning

The Business Summit will be an immersive experience. We are keeping it as a single track (no parallel tracks) to maintain focus. Speakers have been carefully selected to give the most value and the most learning.

Business people for business people

All speakers are business speakers, all are successful, many have faced challenges, some quite recently. There are no academics speaking. All will have real world, Irish experiences which they are going to share with you to help you grow your business.

Networking time with other attendees

We know that part of what makes up the success of any business is the people you surround yourself with. The Business Summit will give you the opportunity to connect with people who may change your entire business. We will be strongly encouraging this by allowing for comfortable timeslots for breaks and lunch.

The K Club experience

Being in business, it's not often you get to take time out from what you're doing to think about what you really need to be doing. We think the environment helps, so after a lot of research, we chose what we believe is the best possible venue. The K Club is an experience to be had, and one which will surely help bring to the fore new ideas for progressing your business.

Forward focused

Are you tired of hearing others moaning about the economy, the recession, wallowing. If you are, and you want to move forward and focus on what we can do, then you need to attend The Business Summit. There is no where else you are going to find realistic and action driven perspective.

No death by powerpoint

Have you ever been to a conference and the speaker talks to the million slides they have created rather than you the audience? Terrible right? We've selected speakers who can stand and deliver. Powerpoint may be used, but it will be restricted to only when absolutely needed, so you the attendee will be the focus, rather than powerpoint.

No rubbish exhibitors

We decided not to have any exhibition stands, we simply didn't want any pushy sales people trying to sell you their wares. We want you to have the best experience possible and we don't believe having exhibitors would add to your experience.

Accommodation to suit all budgets

For those of you who are travelling, we've partnered with local hotels so they can offer you the best possible rates and will provide you with those on registration.

Leave energised and ready to take action

We've primed all our speakers to ensure they not only inspire and motivate you during The Business Summit, but very specifically that they arm you with tips, techniques and strategies that you can take to your own business to help it grow.

It’s about reconnecting people and reaching out to others in a world too often defined by remoteness.

The label is truly a movement, based not only on the idea of kindness, but also sustainable fashion. Ark° has now spread to Australia and is enjoying considerable success. The line is made up of guys and girls’ t-shirts and has recently expanded into the world of underwear. After five years of success, she spotted an opportunity when in the UK to challenge the two-horse Irish directory enquiry business.

Despite the challenges of creating a national company from scratch, Nicola persevered to grow a business based not on automation, but on real operators on site in Ireland, no matter when anyone calls. And family is at the heart of the operation, with many of Nicola’s family providing expertise throughout the company. She has a story of entrepreneurship that is an inspiration to both women and men.

Mark’s experience ranges from working in many of the family businesses from a young age right up to leading multi-million dollar eCommerce projects for blue chip organisations. He worked as a global consultant for over seven years with Symantec. It was at this point that he decided to return to his passion of creating business, to go it alone and become his own boss so that he could follow his passion of business coaching.

Mark juggles a number of businesses online with particular focus given to conversion and sales analysis and improvement. As a practising business-man, this keeps him finely tuned to the diverging needs of the various entrepreneurs he coaches. As such he is well placed to guide them through their business careers in his role as a highly qualified and passionate business coach.
